Key Responsibilities
-Guide clients, including homeowners and interior designers, through their purchasing journey with personalized assistance.
-Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, using suggestive selling techniques, and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
-Address client inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service both online and offline.
-Handle transactions, including processing payments accurately.
-Perform any other business-related tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
-Preferably 1 year of experience in the retail industry; however, training will be provided for candidates without experience.
-Strong multitasking abilities.
-Familiarity with Zendesk CRM is an advantage.
-Excellent communication skills.
