JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to help build our cold call lead generation team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective clients, identifying qualified leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. This is a great opportunity for individuals with excellent communication skills who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers using a provided lead list.
Introduce and explain the value of our products/services to prospects.
Qualify leads based on established criteria and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and lead details in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
Handle objections and rejections professionally and effectively.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to enhance pitch effectiveness.

Qualifications
Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not required).
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center software (preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
