About Us:
We are a trusted resource for renters and landlords, offering high-quality apartment listings and a deep understanding of neighborhoods. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to keep our social media pages active by creating and scheduling daily posts featuring fresh listings from our site.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
Create simple, visually appealing posts highlighting fresh apartment listings daily.
Use provided templates to ensure brand consistency across posts.
Scheduling:
Schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok using social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later).
Reporting:
Track engagement metrics (likes, shares, and comments) for daily posts and provide a weekly summary to the operations team.
Communication:
Collaborate with the operations team to receive weekly instructions and adjust content as needed.
Notify the team promptly of any issues or trends noticed in engagement.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Social Media Manager (preferred).
Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools.
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or similar.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and brand alignment in posts.
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
Strong written English communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Chicago’s neighborhoods and rental market is a plus but not required.
Experience working with real estate or apartment listing content is an advantage.
