We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with Social Media Management Expertise to support our team and enhance our online presence. About the Role:
As a Personal Assistant, you’ll handle day-to-day administrative duties, including email and calendar management, organizing files, and streamlining workflows. At the same time, you will leverage your expertise in social media management to monitor comments, create content, and collaborate with the Customer Support team to maintain a positive online presence. This hybrid role is essential in supporting both operational efficiency and brand growth.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and execution of tasks. Your ability to juggle both administrative and creative responsibilities will be key to succeeding in this position.

What we offer:
- Starting monthly salary of $400USD
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage email correspondence: organize, respond, and prioritize messages.
- Organize and maintain Google Drive files for efficient access and usage.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating with team members.
- Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports and handling confidential information.

Social Media Management:
- Monitor and manage comments on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest, ensuring timely responses and engagement.
- Communicate with Customer Support agents to address social media inquiries or concerns.
- Create and schedule content to maintain consistent posting across social media platforms.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a personal assistant or administrative role.
- Strong background in social media management, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Proficiency in ClickUp, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and scheduling tools like Metricool. (all training provided)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities effectively.
