Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Virtual Operations Assistant to support the Vice President of Property Management. This role requires verified U.S. property management experience, proficiency in AppFolio, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of working independently while ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- AppFolio Management: Maintain property records, including occupancy, delinquency updates, and file organization within AppFolio.
- Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, manage
- Documentation: Prepare and organize property management documents while ensuring proper archiving systems are in place.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between the Vice President and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring streamlined communication.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports focusing on metrics such as occupancy rates, delinquencies, and expenses.
Qualifications
Mandatory:
- At least 1 year of verifiable U.S. property management experience (references will be checked).
-Proficiency in AppFolio software.
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
-Reliable internet connection and computer setup.
-Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time Zone hours, Monday–Friday.
Preferred:
Experience with ClickUp or similar project management tools.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Pay and Benefits
Starting at $7/hour, with a reassessment after 30 days (up to $9/hour based on performance).
Full-time: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday.
