Thumbnail Designer Needed for YouTube Videos (40 per month/ $5 per thumbnail)

We are starting a new AI video content company, and thumbnails will play a critical role in helping our videos stand out. We are looking for a talented thumbnail designer to create visually engaging thumbnails that maximize click-through rates (CTR). Initially, you will create 40 thumbnails per month, with the potential to increase as we expand.

Our goal is to produce videos across multiple YouTube channels and eventually attract sponsors and client projects. Your work will directly impact how our videos are perceived and their success on the platform.

Responsibilities:

Design thumbnails that are optimized for YouTube and social media, focusing on CTR.
Create thumbnails that align with the video content and branding.
Collaborate with the content and video teams to ensure the designs fit the project’s vision.
Requirements:

Proven experience in thumbnail creation or graphic design.
Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Canva, or Figma.
Understanding of what makes a successful thumbnail (e.g., clear visuals, bold text, emotional appeal).
Creativity and attention to detail.
Additional Requirements for Application:

Submit examples of your previous thumbnail work.
Provide a brief explanation of what you consider important when designing thumbnails and how you optimize for CTR.

$5 per thumbnail (approx. $200/month for 40 thumbnails, with potential for more as the workload increases).
