Rank and Rent Operator

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rank and Rent Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining websites that generate leads for local businesses. This role requires a mix of SEO expertise, creative problem-solving, and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify high-potential local niches and keywords.
Build and optimize websites to rank on search engines (primarily Google).
Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including content creation and link building.
Monitor rankings, traffic, and lead generation performance.
Work with local businesses to rent out ranked sites and track conversions.
Regularly update and maintain websites to ensure consistent performance.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing (rank and rent experience preferred).
Proficiency with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
Strong understanding of on-page SEO, link-building strategies, and local SEO.
Knowledge of WordPress or other website-building platforms.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
