Are you a CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE/RECEPTIONIST who is confident on the phone and in communicating? Do you speak excellent English? Do you have experience working as an CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE/RECEPTIONIST.
The CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE/RECEPTIONIST will be:
1. First point of contact on the phone
2. Providing phone support
3. Completing administrative tasks
4. Taking and replying to messages from customers
5. Completing bookkeeping tasks
Our UK business is looking for people who want to work with us full-time for years. You must commit yourself to work for our company only and full-time.
You must be able to work from 8 AM to 5 PM UK time.

You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to communicate well verbally and in written form.
Being detail-oriented is important.
Common questions
Is this a full-time job? Yes, it is. We expect a full 40-hour workweek (we use TimeDoctor to track time).
Do I have to work certain hours? Yes, 8 hours per day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM UK TIME (3:00 PM and 12:00 PM PST).
What’s the salary?
Our base salary starts at 40,000 PHP/month but we are willing to go higher for the right person. If you have the experience that requires more, please let us know. After passing probation, we will increase the salary to 45,000 PHP based on experience and performance.
How will you communicate with me? We use MS Teams. You must have a quick internet connection and access to a Windows laptop or computer.
Can I work for others? No. We are a committed team so we ask that you commit to only working with us.
