Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our dynamic real estate acquisitions team. The role involves reaching out to potential property sellers to identify off-market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cold calling within the real estate industry and possess a strong ability to build rapport with sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 500+ outbound calls daily to property owners using a dialer system.
Engage prospects in conversations to uncover potential off-market property deals.
Qualify leads by collecting property details, motivation for selling, and other relevant information.
Enter lead information accurately into the CRM system.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to company scripts and guidelines during calls.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead-generation targets.
Schedule:
Monday through Saturday
3:00 PM - 8:00 PM Central Time
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a cold caller in the real estate industry.
Proven ability to meet or exceed call volume and lead generation targets.
Familiarity with dialer systems and CRM tools (e.g., Mojo, CallTools, or similar platforms).
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Detail-oriented with excellent data entry and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with off-market real estate acquisitions.
Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes.
