Requirements
• Strong attention to detail

• Minimum 2 years' experience in an online role preferably in a commercial environment
• Strong general knowledge of marketing and general usability concepts and a genuine passion
for digital media industry
• Familiar with SEO, SMM and SEM concepts and ability to propose a strategy on their
implementation and optimization

Primary Objectives
• Responsible for the implementation of digital strategies to meet business objectives and drive
business growth
• Active management of stakeholders at Director level ensuring a proactive level of digital
marketing service that provides insight, adds value and is aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with the Team Leads to ensure digital marketing initiatives are in line with the
agreed KPI
• Oversee key projects and initiatives while working closely with other departments including
Content, SEO, Paid Media, Client Service and IT.
• Management of client paid advertising products and material to deliver strong sales results
Responsibilities include:
• Internal and External communication with clients and senior team members on digital
marketing status and outcomes.
• Ensure a consistent service level is provided across each account and brand within the scope
of the role
• Work closely with the backend team and team leads to ensure digital marketing best practice
is adhered to in all campaigns
• Provide recommendations to the clients on additional functionality required for the websites
specific to their markets
• Management of the client’s Digital marketing budget
Drive website traffic and conversion:
• Management and execution of SEO, SMM and SEM strategy to increase client traffic to the
websites
• Identify opportunities to execute lead generation campaigns to capture client leads for the
business
• Leverage reporting capability to assess performance of digital channels and minimise the cost
per acquisition for each channel
• Action changes on the website as required as part of our overall digital strategy
• Identify high traffic industry websites and implement targeted online advertising campaigns
• Work with the management team to identify areas and implement bespoke online advertising
campaigns to increase lead generation
• Work closely with the internal marketing team to ensure we capitalise on any link building or
traffic generation opportunities in the marketing space
Day to day administration including:
• Updating content when required using the content management system
• Working with internal stakeholders and content team to generate content ideas that will help
differentiate our websites from our competitors
• Ensure quality of content displayed on the site is of a high standard and delivers a strong user
experience
• Research and develop new service offerings in conjunction with the fellow account manager
• Regular audit of clients’ websites & campaigns to identify any errors / opportunities
Ad-hoc Projects
• Support on various other tasks and digital projects as required
