We are seeking a highly organised and proactive General Admin Assistant and marketing assistant with strong experience with Dubsado, Click Up, Gsuite and Xero. You have excellent client management abilities, and a proven ability to work autonomously. This role involves administrative support across various projects, ensuring smooth operations for events, drone and video content creation, equipment rentals and film/television production tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage client communication and inquiries through Dubsado
-Assist with scheduling, task tracking, and follow-ups for projects
-Provide administrative support for event management, content creation, equipment hire, and film/TV production
-Creating SOP's for the business on an ongoing basis.
-Handle general office tasks such as email correspondence, data entry, and document management
-Maintain efficient project workflows, ensuring timely task completion
-Work independently and proactively to manage time and prioritise tasks
-Google Ads Management: Set up and manage targeted Google Ads campaigns using GPT prompts to develop customer avatars.
-Landing Page Development: Build and optimize landing pages on Weebly to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
Weebly (current CMS) Wordpress or Squarespace (future migration)
-Social Media Marketing: Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Monitor and report on performance metrics.
-Google My Business: Regularly update and optimize our Google My Business profile to ensure accurate information and increased visibility.
