About the role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will focus on the operational and administrative aspects of our recruitment process. Your work will ensure seamless hiring workflows, supporting our mission to build a team dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage online tools and networks to identify and engage with qualified candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
- Job Postings: Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Resume Screening: Review applications to shortlist candidates who meet job-specific qualifications.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring smooth candidate tracking and reporting.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage logistics to support a positive candidate experience.
- Process Support: Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and ensuring all steps in the hiring process are completed efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or longevity sectors is a plus.
