JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Digital Marketing and Administrative Specialist to join our nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing our digital presence, primarily targeting donors and volunteers, while supporting various administrative functions. This individual will manage our social media platforms, content creation, and campaign planning, as well as assist with branding and other related tasks.

Digital Marketing
Develop and execute a strategic social media plan across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, including posts, reels, and videos.

Create and curate engaging content, including blogs, graphics, and videos, ensuring alignment with our brand guidelines.

Utilize tools like Meta Business Suite and Canva for content scheduling and design.

Manage and synchronize the CEO’s personal accounts with the organization’s social media platforms.

Implement and maintain a consistent content calendar, focusing on donor and volunteer engagement.

Leverage Google Grants to optimize and execute digital advertising strategies.

Explore and execute opportunities for lead engagement, such as click funnels and interactive website features.

Support the launch of new branding initiatives, including the CEO’s personal speaking engagements and upcoming book promotion.

Administrative Support
Assist with email and calendar management for the CEO.

Coordinate and organize existing marketing materials for reuse in campaigns.

Contribute to the development of volunteer management processes, including screening and onboarding.

Update and maintain the organization’s WordPress website.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline administrative workflows.

Specifically, looking to hire with the following knowledge and skillset:


Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.

Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe and WordPress.

Strong understanding of nonprofit marketing strategies, particularly for donors and volunteers.

Graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.

Familiarity with Google Grants and digital advertising platforms is a plus.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with click funnels, lead generation, and engagement strategies.

Basic knowledge of database management for volunteer coordination.

Flexibility to learn and adapt to additional tasks as needed.
