Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing exceptional support in managing guest communication, scheduling tasks, and maintaining our operational systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Phone Call Handling: Answer and manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
• Guest Communication: Manage interactions with guests through various platforms such as Airbnb, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Cleaning and Maintenance Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule cleaning tasks with cleaners, and update and manage the cleaning roster to ensure smooth turnover operations. Contact maintenance personnel to arrange minor repairs when needed.
• System Management: Use and maintain our Property Management System (PMS), Airbnb account, and ServiceM8 platform efficiently.
• Administrative Support: Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the business operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Familiarity with PMS, Airbnb, and ServiceM8 is highly desirable.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in using productivity tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or Microsoft Office Suite.
