Overview:
We are looking for a confident and persuasive cold caller to sell our remote video services to property managers, apartment complexes, and Airbnb hosts. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to qualified leads, delivering our value proposition, and guiding prospects through the sales process. Compensation includes a 15% commission on each successful deal, typically $200 per close. Our current cold callers are able to close about 10% of cold calls, these calls only last no more then 10 min. These calls must be made during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective property owners and managers.
Clearly articulate our remote video services, highlighting benefits and ROI.
Overcome objections, maintain consistent follow-up, and close deals.
Work within a CRM to track leads, schedule callbacks, and report sales progress.
Collaborate with the team to refine the sales pitch and share feedback on market trends.
Qualifications:

Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is highly preferred.
Must have a United States accent with strong verbal communication skills.
Results-driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Adept at quickly building rapport over the phone.
Self-motivated and disciplined in a remote work environment.
Compensation:

15% commission on each closed deal (on average, $200 per sale).
Flexible schedule with potential to expand into other sales opportunities.
