Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and produce engaging videos for social media, including YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Shorts.
• Create custom thumbnails that boost click-through rates.
• Optimize videos for YouTube SEO, including titles, tags, descriptions, and metadata.
• Design content that aligns with social media trends and platform requirements.
• Deliver 3-5 short-form videos (60-90 seconds) with quick turnaround times.
• Edit long-form YouTube videos with polished transitions and professional storytelling.
• Manage video assets, organize files, and ensure smooth collaboration.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in video editing and social media content creation (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar.
• Knowledge of YouTube SEO best practices.
• Strong skills in thumbnail creation and graphic design.
• Fast WiFi and reliable computer setup for efficient editing and uploading.
• Quick turnaround time for projects.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Compensation:
• $10 for 3-5 short videos (60-90 seconds each).
• $30 per long-form YouTube video.
