Job Posting: Creative Social Media Specialist for a new Health & Wellness Business

Are you a creative and driven marketing professional with a passion for health and wellness? Essential Wellness Loft, a growing integrative health practice specializing in natural healing and balance, is seeking a Creative Marketing Specialist to help expand our online presence and elevate our brand.

This is a part-time salary position with the potential to grow into a full-time role as we scale.

Key Responsibilities
• Social Media Management.
• Create and manage content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Edit short video clips into engaging reels and videos with trending sounds and hashtags to grow our following.
• Develop creative posts that showcase our services and client transformations.
• Content Creation
• Design and write posts, captions, and graphics aligned with our brand’s message and values.
• Collaborate to create fresh, original content alongside provided materials.
• Branding & Strategy:
• Help refine and develop our brand identity to stand out in the health and wellness space.
• Implement marketing strategies, including viral hooks and clear calls-to-action, to attract engagement.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Work independently while maintaining clear communication via Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google.

Calendar.
• Stay organized and proactive, with minimal need for guidance.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in social media management, video editing, and content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, viral hooks, and effective marketing techniques.
• Proficiency in simple software tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Canva, etc.).
• Creative and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a startup environment.
• Passion for health, wellness, and holistic healing is a big plus!
