Video Editor - Immediate Start

I am looking for a good video editor.

Can I give sample to see how edit one of my videos? Maybe just a 3 minute sample?

My videos are typiclaly approx 10 to 15 minutes long, sometimes 20 minutes.

If I give you 1 video at once, then Ill pay 25 USD

Upto 4 videos 20 USD each

Upto 8 videos 16 USD each

How soon can you do this and what do you typically charge?
