Bat Signal Cleaning is a growing cleaning business based in Austin, Texas. We specialize in residential and small office cleaning, including maintenance cleans, deep cleans, Airbnb turnovers, and more. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service while building lasting client relationships.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Virtual Assistant to help us drive sales growth and manage outbound efforts. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are results-driven, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Outbound Efforts:
-Research and identify new leads, including individuals, property management companies, and realtors.
-Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to promote our services and book clients.
-Follow up with potential clients to build relationships and close sales.
-Set appointments for consultations or service calls with qualified leads.
-Manage and organize lead tracking using tools like BookingKoala or Google Sheets.
Lead Management & Customer Service:
-Handle inquiries via email, phone, and social media to convert leads into customers.
-Maintain communication with potential and existing clients to ensure excellent service and repeat business.
-Follow up on warm leads promptly to maximize conversions.
Marketing Support:
-Assist in creating outbound campaigns, such as email templates and social media messages.
-Support social media outreach to increase visibility and attract new clients.
-Help brainstorm and implement strategies to improve lead generation and sales.
Administrative Tasks:
-Maintain organized records of leads, communications, and sales metrics.
-Prepare weekly reports summarizing sales progress and outreach efforts.
-Manage ad hoc administrative tasks related to sales and customer relations.
Requirements:
-HIGH ENERGY
-Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation.
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
-Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, CRM systems (GoHighLevel), and social media platforms.
-Highly organized with great attention to detail.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience working with US-based clients or familiarity with the cleaning industry.
-Knowledge of lead generation tools and strategies.
-Comfortable working during US business hours (required).
