Software Development Project Manager (Client Facing)

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting meetings via Google Meet (all communication in English).
- Capture detailed software requirements from clients and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Create and manage task boards in project management tools like Trello (bonus if familiar with Monday.com or Asana).
-Document meeting minutes, generate email summaries, and maintain a clear trail of project progress using tools like Fathom AI Note Taker.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Proactively identify and address project risks, bottlenecks, and issues.
- Report regularly to the CTO on project progress and challenges.
- Prepare flowcharts and process diagrams using tools like Draw.io.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate meetings that may occur outside of standard working hours due to project needs.
- Maintain communication through WhatsApp and Slack for daily updates and team interactions.

Requirements / Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development (hands-on development experience is required).
- In-depth knowledge of web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.
- Intermediate knowledge of cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with flowchart tools (primarily Draw.io).
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (Trello is mandatory; experience with Monday.com or Asana is a bonus).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace Apps (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Mail).
- Good understanding of blockchain, Web3 technologies, and cryptocurrency transfers.

- Reliable computer setup with webcam and microphone.

Other Details:
- Probation Period: 2 months
- Probation Salary: 1800 USD
- Post-Probation Salary: 2100 USD
