We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our recruitment agency. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates and clients, introducing our recruitment services, and generating new business opportunities. You will play a key role in driving the growth of the agency by identifying potential talent and building relationships that contribute to successful placements.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients and candidates to introduce the agency's services.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to assess candidate suitability or client needs.
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to establish trust and interest in the agency’s services.
- Maintain and update detailed records of all calls, interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to stay informed about potential opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and lead generation targets.
- Follow up on initial contact with potential candidates and clients to nurture relationships.
- Provide feedback and insights from cold calling efforts to help improve the agency’s marketing and recruitment strategies.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing, ideally in a recruitment or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients and candidates effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Experience using CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry and hiring trends is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
