JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Digital Marketing and Multimedia Specialist to manage all aspects of our client's digital presence. The ideal candidate will be a one-person powerhouse, capable of handling digital marketing, website management, social media, graphic design, and video production with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Identity Development:
• Collaborate with clients to establish and refine their brand identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and messaging.
• Ensure all digital assets and materials align with the client’s brand guidelines and vision.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.

Marketing Strategy and Goal Setting:
• Create and implement tailored marketing plans and strategies to achieve clients’ goals.
• Research market trends and competitors to inform campaign development.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, adjusting as needed to improve outcomes.

Copywriting and Content Creation:
• Write persuasive, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
• Develop compelling ad copy and email campaigns that align with client objectives.
• Edit and proofread content to maintain a high standard of quality and accuracy.

Graphic Design and Digital Content:
• Design high-quality graphics and layouts for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and tailored to target audiences.

Social Media Management:
• Plan, schedule, and manage social media campaigns to build engagement and brand awareness.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
• Client-Focused Project Management:
• Work on one client project at a time, providing personalized service and delivering high-quality results.
• Communicate with clients regularly to understand their needs and provide updates.


Preferred Skills:

• Experience in video editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Familiarity with website creation and basic web development (HTML/CSS not required).
• Knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Experience with paid digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
