Responsibilities:

Edit raw video footage captured by the in-house filming team.

Create engaging and high-quality YouTube videos that tell the story of the castle restoration.

Ensure videos are visually appealing, well-paced, and optimized for YouTube's algorithm.

Collaborate with the filming team to ensure smooth workflow and consistent video style.

Meet deadlines and consistently produce a high volume of videos.

Stay updated on YouTube trends and best practices.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional editing skills.

Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).

Excellent understanding of video storytelling and pacing.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.


Preferred Skills:

Experience editing historical or documentary-style content.

Motion graphics skills.

Experience with YouTube analytics and optimization.
