We’re seeking skilled professionals who:

Have 1+ years of experience in solar cold calling, appointment setting, or related sales roles.
Speak fluent, clear, and engaging English.
Excel in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments.
Are self-motivated, resilient, and committed to continuous improvement.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with predictive dialers and CRM systems.
Strong objection-handling skills specific to solar programs.
A proven ability to exceed targets consistently.

At least 1 year of proven cold-calling or appointment-setting experience (solar industry preferred).
A reliable home office setup (computer, headset, and stable internet connection).
Ability to deliver results while keeping calls conversational and engaging.
Availability to work during US Eastern Time hours.
