???? Positions Available: 2 Appointment Setters
Start Part-Time: Work 6 hours/day and unlock full-time hours with proven results.
Full-Time Schedule: 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM USA Eastern Time.

Hourly Base Pay: $4/hour with regular reviews to reward performance.
Bonuses:
Earn $100 for every appointment that converts into a sale.

Educate & Inspire: Build trust and educate homeowners on how solar can save them money while benefiting the planet.
Set Quality Appointments: Use your expertise to overcome objections and schedule consultations with our solar specialists.
Deliver Impact: Ensure each homeowner feels valued, informed, and excited about exploring renewable energy solutions.
???? Who We’re Looking For
We want dedicated professionals who:

Have at least 1 year of solar cold calling, appointment setting, or sales experience.
Are fluent in English with exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
Thrive in target-driven roles and are motivated to exceed performance benchmarks.
Bring a self-starter mentality and a commitment to growth.
Bonus Skills:
Experience using predictive dialers and CRM platforms.
Strong understanding of handling solar-related objections and challenges.
