Job Title: Online Operations Manager / Business Manager – Coaching & Personal Development
Location: Remote (Worldwide)

We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Manager / Business Manager to help streamline our day-to-day operations, optimize our systems, and oversee data analytics and key performance metrics (KPIs). Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Systems Management:
Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure everything runs smoothly across all departments (marketing, coaching, sales, customer service, etc.).
Optimize and improve existing systems, tools, and processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Implement new software solutions or process improvements where needed to maximize productivity.
KPI Tracking & Data Management:
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all areas of the business (sales, client satisfaction, team performance, etc.).
Develop and maintain performance reports that provide insights and actionable recommendations for improvements.
Work closely with the leadership team to track progress against business goals and adjust strategies as needed.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Collaborate with team leads to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
Support the team by ensuring resources are properly allocated and project timelines are met.
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to succeed.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in our operations and take steps to streamline and improve them.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to drive operational excellence.
Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring all projects and tasks are tracked and completed on time.
Customer Experience & Satisfaction:
Help ensure a smooth, seamless, white glove experience for our clients by improving systems related to onboarding, support, and engagement.
Oversee the implementation of feedback loops to monitor client satisfaction and suggest improvements.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in operations management, business management, or a similar role within the online coaching, personal development, or education space.
Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
Expertise in implementing and managing systems, tools, and processes for scalability and operational efficiency.
Comfortable managing and tracking KPIs to measure success and drive improvements.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different teams to achieve business goals.
A passion for personal development and a deep commitment to our mission of helping people grow and succeed.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Experience working with project management tools and CRM systems.
