AI Voice Engineer

Overview
As an AI Voice Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing cutting-edge AI Voice Solutions. You will leverage both no-code platforms and traditional software engineering practices to create scalable, innovative voice applications that transform user experiences. Your expertise will drive the integration of platforms such as Synthflow.ai, Bland.ai, Retell AI, NVIDIA Conversational AI, and others to deliver robust solutions tailored to diverse client needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Build and deploy AI-powered voice applications utilizing a mix of no-code and traditional software engineering tools.
- Platform Integration: Develop solutions on top of platforms such as Synthflow.ai, Retell AI, Bland.ai, and NVIDIA Conversational AI, ensuring seamless performance and scalability.
- Webhook Management: Set up and manage webhook endpoints to trigger real-time data updates based on specific events (e.g., call completion). Monitor webhook performance and implement retry logic for failed event delivery.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance application performance, focusing on low latency and high reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Innovation: Stay updated with advancements in AI voice technologies and recommend tools or processes to enhance solution quality.

Required Skills and Technical Experience:
- Proven experience with platforms such as Synthflow.ai, Bland.ai, Retell AI, Make.com, or n8n.io.
- Basic understanding of programming languages like Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with REST APIs and WebSockets.

Analytical Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Experience with performance tuning, debugging, and optimizing solutions.

Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Portfolio:
- Demonstrated expertise through a portfolio of projects showcasing both no-code and custom-engineered solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience of specific platforms like NVIDIA Conversational AI, OpenAI RealTime API, Synthflow.ai, Bland.ai, or Retell AI is a HUGE PLUS.
- Experience of specific platforms like Make.com, n8n.io, or Zapier is a HUGE PLUS.
