Assist with time-tracking, payroll coordination, and ensure that team members are compensated accurately and on time.

Support the creation and maintenance of employee handbooks or company policies as the business grows.

Handle confidential HR-related matters with professionalism and discretion.

Serve as a liaison between the creator and their team, ensuring clear communication and resolving any HR-related issues or conflicts.

Organize team meetings, schedule regular check-ins, and help with internal communications.

Provide ongoing support for any HR inquiries or issues team members may have.

Assist in developing a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the creator’s values.

Help coordinate team-building activities, virtual events, or creative brainstorming sessions to foster team collaboration.
