client relationship and social media manager

We are looking for someone with proficient english who is comfortable speaking with clients and team members over the phone about tax, bookkeeping, insurance, and investment matters. THE PRIMARY COMPONENTS OF THE ROLE ARE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOCIAL MEDIA. Finance Therapy Group is a tax & accounting firm looking to expand on social media and a person who is well versed between customer relations and social media would be the perfect fit. We need someone to design our graphics, come up with captions, keep up with data analytics, and manage our incoming client process. Great personality with some interest in tax and accounting. Alot of this role focusses on customer experience and serving all of our clients needs.
