Job Description:
Tax Care Solutions LLC seeks a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Accountant and QuickBooks Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage personal and business tax returns, prepare Profit and Loss (P&L) statements and balance sheets, and utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial reporting. This full-time, remote position requires a strong internet connection, a reliable computer, and excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file accurate personal and business tax returns.
Created and maintained detailed P&L statements and balance sheets for clients.
Use QuickBooks for bookkeeping, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
Review financial data to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Assist in tax planning strategies to optimize client financial outcomes.
Communicate effectively with clients to gather financial documents and provide updates on tax-related matters.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
Proven experience in preparing personal and business tax returns.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, with experience in creating P&L statements and balance sheets.

Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
