Creative Shopify Website Developer and some VA tasks

Hello, and thank you for your interest! Job will be gig to part time depending on our amount of customers but would love to hire someone that I can build a professional relationship with and handle all Shopify projects alongside. I am seeking a highly skilled and creative Virtual Assistant with expertise in Shopify to help build e-commerce websites and assist with marketing and technical tasks. If you’re an organized, tech-savvy individual with a passion for creativity and problem-solving, I’d love to hear from you! I want to hire someone I can learn from so experience is needed. Having knowledge of Gohighlevel is also a plus.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Shopify Website Development:
• Build Shopify e-commerce websites tailored to client needs.
• Set up themes, plugins, and integrations to enhance functionality (e.g., payment gateways, inventory management, email marketing).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Shopify sites.
• Process Documentation:
• Create a step-by-step SOP detailing the entire website creation process, from client onboarding to final delivery.
• Include instructions for handling integrations and any technical requirements.
• Develop easy-to-follow workflows for ongoing management and updates.
Skills That Are a Huge Plus (but not entirely necessary)
• Design graphics and ad creatives for e-commerce campaigns.
• Provide creative input on branding and website design to optimize user experience and engagement.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, or Adobe) to enhance efficiency and creativity.
• Gohighlevel experience is a huge plus.
• Experience in creating and managing Facebook and Google Ads.
