Cold Caller - Real Estate

About the Role:
We are a U.S.-based real estate investment firm seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to support our efforts in sourcing off-market properties. This role is critical to our acquisition strategy and offers the chance to grow within our team.

Requirements:
Reliable internet connection
Reliable IT equipment (computer, audio, headset, etc.)
Excellent communication in English (oral, reading, and written)
Available to work U.S. business hours EST

Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Contact property owners of multifamily properties to introduce our firm and assess their interest in selling.
Lead Qualification: Collect property and ownership details to determine potential deals.
Call Management System: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our system.
Follow-Up: Nurture relationships with property owners through consistent follow-up calls.

Program Competency:
Google Suite
Microsoft Office
AI tools (such as ChatGPT for script optimization)
Phone and Dialer software (such as RingCentral or Mojo Dialer)
