Who we want:
As a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer at our agency, you will be responsible for planning, designing,
and refining user experiences across multiple client engagements. You’ll conduct user research
to understand the unique needs of each technical user base, transform insights into compelling
wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces, and work closely with internal teams and client
stakeholders to ensure design solutions are both user-centered and business-aligned. You will
also develop, maintain, and evolve multiple distinct design systems, tailoring each to reflect
specific client requirements and domains.

Key Responsibilities:
? Design Execution Across Multiple Clients: Create user flows, wireframes, and
polished UI designs for multiple B2B clients—often for highly technical and data
intensive applications.
? User Research & Reporting: Conduct interviews, usability tests, and other
qualitative/quantitative research methods to gather user insights. Synthesize findings
into clear, actionable reports and presentations for both internal teams and external
stakeholders.
? Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product Managers,
Developers, Account Managers) and client-side stakeholders to gather requirements,
validate design decisions, and align on project goals.
? Multiple Design Systems Management: Build, maintain, and evolve multiple design
systems simultaneously, ensuring consistency within each client’s product suite while
differentiating appropriately between clients.
? Data-Driven Iteration: Leverage analytics, user feedback, and industry best practices to
iteratively improve upon existing designs, recommending strategic enhancements where
necessary.
? Technical User Focus: Deeply understand the workflows, terminology, and pain points
specific to design engineers and other technical professionals, ensuring that design
solutions support efficiency, clarity, and ease-of-use.
? Documentation & Communication: Produce comprehensive design documentation,
research summaries, and UX reports that articulate design rationales, highlight insights,
and provide clear direction for iterative improvements.

Qualifications:
? Experience: 3–5 years of professional UX/UI design experience, ideally within an
agency or consultancy setting, working with multiple clients and product domains.
? Technical Domain Knowledge: Experience or strong interest in designing for technical
B2B audiences, such as engineers or product developers, and the ability to quickly learn
domain-specific nuances.
? Tools & Techniques: Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools
(e.g., Figma, Axure) as well as familiarity with user research methodologies and tools.
? Multi-Project Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects,
design systems, and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
? User-Centered & Data-Informed: A track record of applying user-centered design
processes, supported by qualitative and quantitative research findings, to create
compelling user experiences.
? Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability
to create clear design documentation, reports, and presentations tailored to both internal
teams and external clients.
? Adaptability: Comfortable with changing or ambiguous requirements, varied brand
guidelines, and evolving scopes across different client projects.
? Bonus Skills: Familiarity with analytics tools, front-end development knowledge, or
experience contributing to enterprise-scale design systems.
