Are you a highly organized professional with a knack for streamlining workflows and managing progress? We're looking for a Counseling Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting our counseling team by ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and timely updates.
What You’ll Do:
Track Student Progress:
Collect and organize updates from pod managers.
Maintain accurate records to monitor milestones and deadlines.
Manage Platforms:
Regularly update
Ensure data reflects current team activities and goals.
Collaborate with Pod Managers:
Gather updates, clarify concerns, and track deliverables.
Serve as a communication bridge between pod managers and the counseling head.
Report Progress:
Provide weekly consolidated reports highlighting achievements, delays, and concerns.
Promptly escalate critical issues to the counseling head.
Support Communication:
Draft and send reminder
Ensure all reminders align with counseling priorities.
Team Assistance:
Help with administrative tasks such as organizing files, scheduling calls, and preparing meeting notes.
What You Bring:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in administration, education, or a related field.
Experience: Prior experience in coordination, project management, or administrative roles preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in tools like
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
