Social Media VA

Are you a creative, detail-oriented professional with a passion for social media and digital marketing?

We’re an online education company dedicated to empowering people to become smarter with their money, and we’re looking for a Social Media VA to help take our digital presence to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and publish short form videos for social media
- Manage daily interaction on social media accounts across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and others.
- Maintain and drive a content calendar for all social media channels.
- Execute social media strategies to increase engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Contribute ideas for social media content including videos, graphics, and copy
- Monitor campaign performance.
- Compile website and campaign analytics reports to measure results.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries across platforms, fostering positive online interactions.
- Prepare and keep SOPs up to date to ensure adherence.
- Adhoc administrative tasks as and when required

Qualifications:
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating content across multiple platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing tools to produce high-quality short-form content.
- Excellent english skills, ensuring error-free communication and editing.
- Strong organizational skills to manage content calendars and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle shifting priorities effectively.
