Job Description: Seeking a skilled Social Media Manager who excels in both creative ideation and content execution for luxury restaurants and culinary brands. This role involves creating detailed shot lists for our production team, editing content, and managing social media strategies across platforms. The ideal candidate will guide creative vision while expertly managing content calendars and community engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed shot lists and mood boards for food photography and videography
- Edit video content using CapCut to maintain luxury culinary standards
- Organize, curate, and refine food-focused content from Google Drive
- Develop and maintain monthly Instagram content calendars and strategic plans
- Incorporate key dates, holidays, and industry-specific moments tied to fine dining and culinary events
- Research upcoming food trends, menu launches, and culinary showcases to inspire on-brand caption ideas
- Utilize scheduling tools effectively for consistent posting
- Deliver captivating copy to complement aesthetic food visuals, reinforcing brand identity
- Track and report on performance, adapting strategies to maximize engagement
- Conduct competitor analysis within the luxury hospitality space to identify opportunities and best practices
- Highlight seasonal menus, chef specialties, and newly launched dishes through compelling social narratives
- Manage and optimize paid social campaigns to increase reach and brand exposure
- Apply analytics techniques to refine strategies and guide future content planning
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure shot lists and creative vision are properly executed

Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of social media management experience, ideally with luxury fine dining establishments
- Experience creating shot lists and mood boards for professional food photography/videography
- Strong video editing skills using CapCut and design skills using Canva
- Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok content best practices
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and maintain meticulous attention to detail
- Creative, trend-sensitive mindset combined with analytical thinking
