Attention GoHighLevel Automation Specialists and Aspiring Media Buyers!

Are you proficient in GoHighLevel and excited about expanding your skill set into Facebook Ads media buying? Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning? If so, we want to meet you!

Role Overview: As a GoHighLevel Expert & Junior Facebook Ads Media Buyer, you will be responsible for assisting with client onboarding, mastering GHL components, following established templates, and eventually growing into a full media buyer role. You’ll troubleshoot issues, collaborate with our team, and work hands-on with client campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding
Set up new client accounts in GHL.
Verify phone numbers, configure calendars, and ensure all systems are launch-ready.

GHL Mastery
Work with landing pages, custom values, workflows, and other GHL features.
Automate and optimize client campaigns using proven templates and processes.

Media Buying Transition
Learn and eventually assume full media buying responsibilities.
Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns for Upgrade to see actual info+ medical offices.

Problem-Solving
Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with GHL support to find effective solutions.
Suggest improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.

Team Collaboration
Communicate effectively with marketing and operations teams.
Ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for our clients.
