Property Management Virtual Assistant

We are a UK based Airbnb & Short Term Rental Business, and now ready to hire our first talent.

On top of your normal salary, OTE Earning :

- We have a referral BOOKING process where we will be happy to offer a FULL commission plan per bookings.
- It starts from $10 to $50 per booking value. Great opportunity to add monthly commission to your pay check.

Here's what you'll be doing:
- Looking after all guest communications, including enquiries, FAQs, and complaints (via messaging platforms such as Airbnb, & also on the phone via our virtual landline number)
- Coordinating with our cleaning teams to ensure every apartment is cleaned to a high standard and on time
- Working with our owners to log all maintenance issues
- Supporting two directors, with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
- Marketing those properties on Airbnb , Booking.com and some other platform.
- Manage a portfolio of properties of the owners and work on the system.

Prior experience in customer service and working night shifts is preferred (but not essential).
Must be okay to work on the weekends.
