JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to handle content creation and strategy for our business and clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple social media platforms, creating engaging content, writing blogs, and updating Google profiles. A portfolio showcasing past work and performance analytics is required.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

Develop and schedule high-quality posts for Instagram and other social platforms, ensuring consistency in tone and branding.
Write creative and engaging captions tailored to each platform's audience.
Plan and execute a monthly content calendar for our business and client pages.
Google Business Profile Management

Update Google profiles daily for our business and clients, including posting updates, responding to reviews, and optimizing profiles for visibility.
Monitor and report on performance analytics.
Blog Writing

Research, write, and publish four well-researched, engaging blogs per month for our business and clients.
Optimize blogs for SEO to improve online visibility and engagement.
Performance Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze the performance of social media posts, blogs, and Google profiles.
Provide detailed monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration & Strategy

Work closely with team members to align social media strategy with business goals.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and tools to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, blogs, and analytics.
Excellent written communication and creative storytelling skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and analytics tools.
Knowledge of SEO best practices for blogs and social media.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation platforms.
Preferred Skills

Experience in Google My Business profile management.
Knowledge of paid social media advertising.
Background in marketing or content strategy.
