About the Role

As part of our newly established B2B Sales and Onboarding Department, you’ll play a vital role in driving partnerships, onboarding businesses, and helping shape the future of Trustyfy’s B2B success.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, educating partners, and delivering value. You’ll empower organizations to adopt Trustyfy’s innovative tools, including secure digital wallets and seamless fiat-to-crypto functionalities.

What You’ll Do:

Sales and Partnerships
-Drive both inbound and outbound sales efforts by identifying, connecting with, and building strong relationships with potential B2B partners.
-Communicate Trustyfy’s value clearly, positioning us as the leading platform for branded digital wallets and fiat-to-crypto tools.

Onboarding & Training
-Develop customized onboarding plans tailored to each client’s needs.
-Guide B2B clients through setup, configuration, and initial usage of Trustyfy’s tools to ensure a smooth experience.
-Simplify and explain Web3 concepts and decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions for non-technical stakeholders, helping clients confidently embrace the platform.

Client Support & Relationship Management
-Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, building trust-based relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
-Provide proactive support, troubleshoot challenges, and liaise with technical teams to resolve issues quickly.
-Gather and document client feedback to continuously enhance the onboarding process and improve overall client success.

Documentation & Collaboration
-Maintain accurate records of client interactions, processes, and feedback for continuous improvement.
-Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, and support) to align efforts and drive impactful results.

Key Skills and Experience:
-Previous experience in B2B sales, client success, or onboarding, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or Web3 industries.
-Strong relationship-building skills with a client-first approach.
-Familiarity with dApps, wallets, or blockchain technology is a plus; a willingness to learn is A MUST.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex Web3 concepts for clients.
-A problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude, ready to tackle onboarding challenges efficiently.
-Organized and detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
-Team-oriented and enthusiastic about contributing to building a new, thriving department.
