Kajabi or Kartra Expert

We are seeking an experienced Kajabi and Kartra Expert to help us create, launch, and maintain a robust membership program. Our program includes a community platform, online courses, live streaming, and an internal podcast. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and make a significant impact by building an engaging digital experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
Platform Setup & Maintenance:
Design, build, and maintain the membership program using Kajabi and Kartra.
Set up and manage funnels, landing pages, and automated email sequences.

Community Management:
Create a community hub for members to interact and engage.
Integrate discussion forums, social spaces, and other community-building tools.

Course Creation & Management:
Upload and organize course content, modules, and lessons.
Ensure seamless user experience, including navigation and content accessibility.

Live Stream Integration:
Set up and manage live stream events for members, including webinars, Q&A sessions, and workshops.
Ensure technical reliability and troubleshoot any issues during live events.

Internal Podcast Setup:
Create a dedicated section for the internal podcast, including RSS feed integration and secure access for members.
Upload and manage episodes while ensuring consistent branding and user accessibility.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Track and analyze user engagement, conversion rates, and member feedback to optimize the platform.
Troubleshoot issues and recommend improvements to enhance member experience.

Qualifications:
Proven experience with Kajabi and Kartra, including setting up and managing online courses, communities, and sales funnels.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, automation, and membership platforms.
Experience with live streaming tools (e.g., Zoom, StreamYard) and podcast hosting platforms.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
