Virtual Assistant - Appointment Booker & Lead Generation Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in our lead generation and appointment booking efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Response & Follow-Up:
- Respond to Facebook leads in real-time (within 5 minutes of lead submission).
- Follow up daily with leads who haven’t responded to previous outreach using Go High Level CRM for phone calls, text messages, and emails.
- Appointment Setting:
- Call local businesses to generate interest and book appointments.
- Schedule and confirUpgrade to see actual infoetings with potential clients using Go High Level to manage the calendar.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure they can accept scheduled meetings.

Pipeline Management:
- Manage the full sales pipeline, from new lead to closed deal, using Go High Level.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM.

Communication & Reporting:
- Provide daily updates on lead generation progress.
- Communicate effectively with the sales team to optimize processes.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Go High Level CRM for calls, texts, emails, appointment scheduling, and pipeline management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in lead generation, appointment booking, or sales.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond promptly to leads.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with leads over the phone.
- Familiarity with the fitness industry is a plus but not required.

Work Hours:
- Must be available between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday to ensure prompt lead response and coordination with the sales team.

Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
- Pay Weekly
- Opportunities for bonuses based on performance.

Type of Employment:
- Part Time with potential to become Full Time role
