JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a customer service pro with a passion for hospitality? We are a fast-growing property management business based in Australia seeking a reliable and proactive Guest Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely and helpful support to guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns
Effectively resolve guest problems and ensure their satisfaction with their stay
Offer information about accommodations and local attractions to enhance the guest experience
Gather and document guest feedback to improve services and address any issues
Handle booking inquiries, changes, and cancellations for guests

Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience is required.
Proven experience in Short Term Rental property management.
Airbnb experience is a plus but not essential.
Familiarity with iGMS, Asana, and Keynest is advantageous.
Must be unemployed and flexible with schedule.
Willingness to be monitored via TimeDoctor (screenshots are taken randomly to track time and performance)

Work Schedule:
This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with a flexible work schedule that may shift depending on workload demands. There will also be opportunities for overtime if you wish to take on additional hours.
