Job Title: Kajabi Manager (Ad Hoc, Part-Time Position)
Location: Remote (USA Time Zone Availability Required)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Kajabi Manager to join our team on an ad hoc basis. This role involves overseeing various Kajabi-related tasks, including auditing, clean-up, and digital housekeeping, with weekly urgent and immediate deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to manage platform tasks efficiently while collaborating with our team of Online Filipino Specialists and reporting directly to the owner.
This part-time position requires availability during USA time zones, fluency in conversational English, and the ability to meet project demands promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all-around Kajabi platform tasks including course uploads, website edits, automations,
- Audit, clean up, and perform digital housekeeping to optimize Kajabi workflows, assets, and overall organization.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within Kajabi to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage content updates, organization of files, and removal of outdated or redundant materials.
- Collaborate with the team to meet weekly priorities and deadlines.
- Communicate progress and updates to the owner regularly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Kajabi (website management, automation, marketing funnels, etc.).
- Ability to work during USA time zones (no exceptions).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and WhatsApp for communication.
- Flexibility to handle urgent tasks and shifting priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
