Job Description
Setup and Implementation:
Oversee the setup and integration of credit card processing systems for new clients.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and address any technical issues that arise.
Provide training and support to clients on using the payment processing systems effectively.
Sales and Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring all contractual agreements are met.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Industry Knowledge:
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the credit card industry, including trends, compliance regulations, and security standards.
Stay updated on market conditions, competitor activities, and advancements in payment technologies.
Educate clients on industry best practices and emerging trends that could benefit their business.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, particularly in the credit card processing or financial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of the credit card industry, including compliance, security, and payment technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
