Point Blank Systems has built a strong reputation for providing innovative call center solutions, including customer service, lead generation, and telemarketing. As we continue to grow, we’re excited to expand into the vehicle service contract (warranty) industry through a partnership with another company. We’re seeking a highly skilled Assistant Operations Manager to help oversee and manage this new program.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the vehicle service contract program, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to the terms of the partnership.
• Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, hiring, and training of tea
• Facilitate the onboarding process for customers purchasing vehicle service contracts, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.
• Work closely with the partner company to maintain effective communication and ensure high service standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide support and leadership to staff, ensuring team goals are met and high-quality service is delivered.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in call center operations, sales, and management, preferably with a focus on vehicle service contracts or similar services.
• Experience managing staffing needs, including recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Reliable internet connection, webcam, microphone, and headset for remote communication.
