Virtual Marketing Assistant - Holistic Healthcare

Vital Family Chiropractic is a thriving healthcare practice in Houston, Texas focused on family wellness, pregnancy, and pediatric care. We're seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and help execute our marketing initiatives.

Position Overview
We need an experienced virtual marketing assistant to manage our social media presence, create content, and handle various marketing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient with marketing automation tools, particularly GoHighLevel, and capable of working independently while maintaining strict attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute social media content calendar across multiple platforms
- Create and schedule social media posts at least 2 weeks in advance
- Produce monthly newsletter by the 3rd week of each month
- Design marketing materials using Canva (flyers, graphics, handouts)
- Manage event setup and promotion through Eventbrite
- Track and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Maintain organized documentation in Google Drive and Notion
- Provide daily updates on task completion and project status
- Sync and manage calendar appointments

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel platform (must be proficient)
- Strong proficiency with Canva, Mailchimp, and Eventbrite
- Experience with Notion and Google Workspace
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Ability to follow brand guidelines precisely
- Experience in healthcare marketing preferred
- Analytics and reporting capabilities
- Reliable internet connection
