Job Title: Virtual Assistant - FLK Homes

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations and help streamline processes.
Position Overview:
The Virtual Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the business by managing administrative tasks, organizing schedules, handling communication, and assisting with various real estate-related responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, tech-savvy, and has experience or familiarity with real estate processes.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and respond to
-Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointments with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
-Conduct market research and property analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
-Compile and organize property data, including purchase prices, taxes, rent estimates, and repair costs.
-Assist in preparing documents such as purchase agreements, contracts, lease agreements, and marketing materials.
-Follow up with clients, leads, and service providers to maintain ongoing communication and ensure tasks are completed on time.
-Update and manage CRM systems, spreadsheets, and databases to track leads, properties, and project statuses.
-Support property acquisition tasks such as coordinating with contractors, gathering repair estimates, and monitoring project progress.
-Monitor real estate listings, analyze comparable properties, and provide recommendations for investment opportunities.
-Assist in social media management, including posting content, engaging with the audience, and creating marketing campaigns to promote properties.
-Handle additional administrative duties such as file management, data entry, and expense tracking.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar administrative role (experience in real estate is a plus).
-Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proficiency in using technology, including CRM tools, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and project management platforms.
-Ability to conduct research, analyze data, and provide accurate reports.
-Familiarity with real estate investing processes such as lead generation, property evaluation, and transaction coordination is preferred.
-Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools.
-Self-starter with a proactive mindset, high level of reliability, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
-Experience with real estate software such as PropStream, MLS, Zillow, or similar platforms.
-Knowledge of social media marketing strategies and tools.
-Basic understanding of contracts, leases, and other real estate documents.
-Working Hours: This is a remote, part-time or full-time position depending on the candidate’s availability. Flexibility is important, as some tasks may require availability during specific business hours.
Compensation: $2-3 USD per hour, depending on experience and workload. Opportunities for bonuses based on performance and business growth.
