- Collaborate with the team to establish and refine efficient processes for drafting, communication, and production.

- Design experience in spatial organization (e.g., kitchens, closets, or similar fields).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to maintain clear and professional communication.
- Patience and adaptability to refine designs iteratively with clients.
- Independence in managing tasks with minimal supervision while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Training will be provided for all aspects of the role beyond required design experience.
