This role is for the ‘repurposes’. Take raw content and repurpose the content to create compelling narratives across our platforms! We’re looking for the unconventional, less-obvious, unseasoned (or over-seasoned) creative pros, but above all - passionate makers and culture shakers.

- Responsibilities:
What the Role IS:
- Social media growth: You will be focused on increasing followers, engagement, comments, likes, shares, etc.
- Social channels include TikTok, Instagram, Youtube,
- Social media management: Helping capture Jonathan’s voice and distribute it contextually across all main socials.
- You will be responsible for graphics, captions, and image editing/clean-up.
- Creator: Mastering the ability to turn any content into a volume of social gold (creating new and repurposed content of blogs,
clips, gifs, graphics, photos, stories, copy, etc.)
- Produce high-quality content across Instagram, LinkyedIn, TikTok,
- Exponentially grow/amplify the MMTR brand.
- Drive organic digital product sales.
- Highly proficient in Canva to create graphics and logos.
- Video editing - Reels, YouTube videos, TikTok's.
- Repurposing: Working with a wide range and quality of video and static imagery - from a collection of photography to short
video clips - and turning them into content assets built for individual platforms and audiences.
- This includes turning youtube videos into Reels/TikTok's.
- Turning TikTok's into tweet threads, LinkedIn posts,
- Campaign creation: We have multiple launches throughout the year that require campaigns and promo. You will be responsible for creating campaigns, tracking content, and helping organize the event launch.
- Community Manager: Engaging with followers and group members to ensure they are well taken care of and if needed, directed to the person that can help them as needed.
- Managing social media DM’s - helping drive sales and customer growth within DM’s.
Respond and engage with all comments across all socials.
Analytics & Tracking: Being an analytics and tracking ninja. We need to track our numbers regularly - to track growth and make improvements.
- We are looking for tracking of key metrics within our scorecard across all platforms. Growth is key but understanding why is even more important.
- Trend Spotter: You will be responsible for finding and recommending trends. A big part of this role will be looking out for hot trends that we can create content around quickly.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table to expand on and innovate on what we are already doing
- Copywriting: While this role is not a designated copywriter role, you will be responsible for light copywriting in cases of:
- Caption creation for Instagram,
- Writing Tweets.
- Organic Product Promotion: Create organic content to drive sales of company products.
